Refund Policy

Security deposit refund

Your refundable security deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected upon return, provided there is no damage, missing fuel, or unpaid extra-km charges.

Cancellations

Free cancellation if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a partial charge.

No-shows

If you do not arrive for pickup and have not informed us in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the security deposit/advance may not be refunded.
